OWNERSHIP

(1) When you purchase a Dodomoo NFT, you own the NFT, when you purchase a Full set of Dodomoo NFT, you own the NFT and the 3D model, which you can use it as Social Avatar, Animation, Games, VR，etc., This means you fully own the right worldwide to display and use the Dodomoo you have purchased.
(2) Each Dodomoo is associated with a nonfungible token (an NFT) on the Ethereum blockchain. You can trade the NFT, sell it, or give it away for free. Ownership of the NFT is governed solely by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network.

License to Art

(1) General Use. Dodomoo grants you a worldwide, free license to use and display the Art of your Purchased Dodomoo.
(2) Commercial Use. You gain commercial use right when you purchase Dodomoo NFT. You can use the Art or 3D model to advertise, market, use in movies, videos, use it in games, VR, or any other forms of media, or sell any third-party product or service.
(3) As part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your Purchased Dodomoo, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Dodomoo owner has rights to display the Art for their Purchased Dodomoo to ensure that only the actual owner of the NFT can display and use the Art.

Dodomoo is a group of digital artworks, the Copyright and Trademark of Dodomoo Art are both registered in U.S. When you purchase Dodomoo NFT, you gain the right to display, use Dodomoo as Avatar, or use in games, videos, movies, VR, or for commercial use. But you will not gain the Copyright of the Art, The Copyright of Dodomoo Art belongs to Dodomoo Team who created Dodomoo Characters.

Restrictions

You agree that you may not, nor permit any third party to do or attempt to do any of the foregoing without Dodomoo's express prior written consent in each case:
(a) Modify the Art for your Purchased Dodomoo in any way, including, without limitation, the shapes, designs, drawings, attributes, or color schemes.
(b) Use the Art for your Purchased Dodomoo in connection with images, videos, or other forms of media that depict hatred, intolerance, violence, cruelty, or anything else that could reasonably be found to constitute hate speech or otherwise infringe upon the rights of others.
(c) Attempt to trademark, copyright, or otherwise acquire additional intellectual property rights in or to the Art for your Purchased Dodomoo; or Use of the Dodomoo name. Not with standing any contained in these Terms, you agree that you will not use the Dodomoo name for any purpose without obtaining our prior written consent. Approval shall be determined in our sole discretion.
(d) To the extent that Art associated with your Purchased Dodomoo contains Third Party IP. it is strictly prohibited and a violation of these terms to use any Art or Purchased Dodomoo in order to create a similar or derivative NFT based on the Art or Purchased Dodomoo. Such use constitutes a violation of these terms as well as intellectual property infringement, which would cause monetary damages and irreparable harm to Dodomoo. We reserve the right to take legal action to protect our benefits.
